Finca Santa Maria 低咖啡因即溶咖啡

I switched to this decaf after dinner and honestly can't tell it's missing the caffeine. The Colombian beans give it a smooth, rich taste that doesn't turn bitter if I forget the cup for a few minutes, and the single-serve packets make it easy to just grab one on my way out the door.

The single-origin Colombian beans really come through — it tastes like actual coffee, not the burnt watery stuff I expected from decaf instant. I keep a few packets at my desk for afternoon cups and the flavor holds up fine with just hot water.

I've been burned by decaf instant before, so I braced for the usual burnt, watery taste — this one actually surprised me. The Colombian single-origin beans come through smooth and rich, and I can drink a cup at 9pm without lying awake.
