Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check that your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once you open this bag, ensure it remains airtight and consume it within 10 days for optimal aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

Grace ★★★★★

I ground these beans coarse for my French press and the cup came out smooth enough to drink black, which I rarely do. Knowing part of the purchase supports Alzheimer's families makes the morning pot mean a little more.

Amelia ★★★★★

Bought this whole bean roast partly because of the cause, but the coffee itself genuinely surprised me — rich and smooth without any bitterness, even when I brewed it a little too long. Knowing a portion goes toward Alzheimer's awareness makes my morning cup feel a bit more meaningful.

Benjamin ★★★★★

The Alzheimer's connection hit home for me, so I grabbed a bag knowing it was a limited release. Ground coarse for my French press, it gave a smooth, low-acid cup I've been drinking every morning this week. Nice to see a roast actually mean something.
